Physio Wealth Care reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative slot or full refund will be offered.
2. Refund Policy for Services
Refunds for booked services are applicable only if the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame. Once a session has been conducted, no refund will be provided. In case of prepaid packages, refunds will be considered only for unused sessions and may be subject to deductions.
3. Refund Policy for Products
Refunds for physical products are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered. The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as images or videos. Approved refunds will be processed after verification.
4. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within the specified time frame. Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval of the request.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Completed consultation or therapy sessions
Customized or personalized products or services
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Refunds or cancellations may be declined if incorrect information is provided or if there is any misuse of services.
